30 Day Leadership Challenge (Free E-Book)
August 1, 2012
Our goal at IncBlot is to “flood the Earth with skills for living and leading” and part of that is providing great (we hope) content that helps you integrate leadership best practices into your everyday. Keeping this mission in mind, we proudly present the e-book version of the “RevolYOUtion 30 Day Leadership Challenge.”
Yeah, the name is corny, but the principles are sound. Each week will provide you with six days of challenges that focus on one of five pillars of leadership. The pillars are:
- Purpose – What is the why of your work?
- People – How can you better connect with those you lead?
- Proficiency – How can you further hone your technical skills?
- Persuasion – What are ways in which you could be more influential?
- Perseverance – How can you ensure that you endure to the end?
None of the daily challenges are especially difficult, but when completed in order and with consistency, the cumulative effect is powerful. So, take a minute out of your day to download this e-book, share it with a colleague and get started on a journey toward increased leadership excellence. If you find some of the things you learn useful, please let us know in the comments below, on our Facebook page, or on Twitter. Happy Leading!
