Sir Ken makes a pretty compelling argument for how schools kill creativity and why nurturing creativity is every bit as important as teaching kids to read. It doesn’t take much doing to draw parallels between the rigid, hierarchical natures of educational and corporate life. What does your workplace do to nurture creativity?
