Movie Monday: The Upside of Negativity
July 2, 2012
We hear a lot about positivity in the workplace, but Barbara Ehrenreich does not view it as the unequivocal good it is so often made out to be. What do you think – does positivity get in the way of realism? How can we have a workplace that is simultaneously open to dialogue and upbeat?
