I recently did a two hour seminar on stress management for the good folks at Monster. It was a lot of fun and I think the participants learned a lot. However, you being the important person that you are; you don’t have time to tune in for two hours of me yammering. Understanding your fast-paced life (and your need for pretty pictures), I created the following video infographic in concert with my friends at CLEARLINK.
